Shipping 

Once your order is placed we will ship the same day, otherwise if its an after hours order we will ship first thing the next day.

Our local post office is open 7 days a week – from 6:00am to 6:30pm so we will ship within 24 hours of you placing your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email or mobile once you have placed your order so you know exactly where your parcel is at all times.

Australian Orders come with free standard postage.

New Zealand Orders come with a flat rate fee of $15 per order for standard postage.

Remote locations and Islands

Some remote locations and islands may not be serviced by standard delivery and an additional fee may be charged. In this event, we will contact you to advise of any additional charges that may incur.

Please note: Inclement weather conditions can delay shipments, including expedited shipping methods. Please be understanding if deliveries are delayed due to natural disasters or unforeseen weather conditions.

Does North Storm® ship outside of Australia / Internationally?

Yes! We now ship to New Zealand! However, if you live somewhere else outside of Australia or New Zealand and you’ve simply just gotta have one of our products! Please contact us on sales@northstorm.com.au and we will work something out with you. 

Returns Policy

If you’re not happy.. we’re not happy. So, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your North Storm® purchase, we will give you a 30-day money-back or replacement guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@northstorm.com.au with your details. This must be within those 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. That way we can resolve any problems and assist you through our returns process.

If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if broken due to misuse. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post so you can track your item. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit. Therefore we highly advise you to take out parcel insurance with your postal carrier. North Storm® will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. For more information please email us at sales@northstorm.com.au

Important

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
